TutorFlow introduces the concept of "courses" to group lessons. Each course can be assigned one or more skills, teachers, students and timeslots. A timeslot defines the weekday and time that a lesson should take place and optionally one or more rooms. For more flexibility, students can be assigned extra skills.
Using this course information, TutorFlow will automatically schedule lessons on a weekly basis. Lessons are what define the actual contact moments between teachers and students. You can attach notes to lessons and keep track of attendance. These lessons can also be cancelled or replaced if necessary.
We offer the option to add extra lessons if necessary, with or without a course assigned. These lessons can be used to introduce new students to your school, or offer some extra tutoring to your students for a hard subject or for an upcoming exam.
Finding a teacher who can teach a certain skill and is available when the students are available can sometimes be tricky. TutorFlow can help you with this by giving timeslot suggestions while scheduling a course. These suggestions take into account all the availability information and skill requirements.
See all the lessons you are scheduled to participate in, or, if you are a manager, see all the lessons across your school. You can apply your own filter criteria, such as a specific teacher or room, and display them in a monthly, weekly, or daily view, or as a chronological list. Changes or cancellations to lessons are clearly marked, ensuring you are always up-to-date with what is happening
The dashboard shows all necessary information for the current and next day. All lessons where your attendance is required are shown, so you are prepared for the day.
Keep track of all students, teachers and managers in TutorFlow. You can add, update and remove them at any time. Some users may be given direct access to the system, allowing them to see their lessons and courses. Parents can also be part of your system in order to manage the lessons for their children.
TutorFlow has integrated multilingual support to enhance functionality and user experience. Users can easily switch between Dutch, German, and English interfaces, ensuring that they can navigate and use the platform in their preferred language.
TutorFlow is designed to support multitenancy. With this feature, you can manage either a single location or multiple locations using the same account. Our system allows for precise administration through individual settings and permissions specific to each user and location, ensuring a perfect fit for your organization's needs. Additionally, some accounts can be granted access to all locations, while others may be restricted to only a subset or a single location.
